I was there this past Saturday. I have serious dental anxiety, and I mean it makes me a more difficult patient because I clench and shake the whole time. I have to have more novocaine to be pain free which compounds my fear. Dr.Sinan was gentle, kind and very, very patient. I felt reassured and understood which is extremely rare as most of you know. I would highly recommend him and tell you to just be honest with him about your fears. Everyone has something seen or unseen, it does not make them less, it makes them stronger when they face it. I don’t usually rate things on here but I am compelled by how amazing my experience was with this dental practice. I’ll preface my experience with saying I’ve had bad dental experiences and am a nervous person going to the dentist in general anyhow. I had started experiencing noticeable tooth pain on a Tuesday and it continued into Wednesday. I called Wednesday at mid morning I’d say, they got me in as a new patient by 2:30. It turned out I’d need a surprise root canal and crown and I was so nervous because I was going out of town on Thursday. Both Aaliyah and the doctor so generously stayed late to work me in and get all the work done at my same appointment. They didn’t cut corners, they didn’t rush and I’m just so grateful to them. I’d recommend them to anyone in the Fredericksburg area. The entire office is so kind and you can tell they really love their job. Thank you elevated dental team, the very next day I was pain free somehow after a root canal.
